Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time) What are we looking for Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development. Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and learning platforms. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders. Working in a BPO industry is an advantage. What will you do Assess learning and development needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance data. Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials (e.g., onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance). Coordinate and facilitate in-house and virtual training sessions. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes. Partner with external training vendors and manage learning platforms or LMS. Support career development initiatives and individual learning plans. Drive learning culture by promoting continuous learning and internal knowledge-sharing. Maintain records of training programs, attendance, and certifications. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate modern learning practices (e.g., microlearning, e-learning). Oversee the onboarding process and administration, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires. Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires have access to tools, resources, and training for success. Another assigned task, as necessary.
