
Learning and Development Specialist

- Develop and implement learning and development strategies, policies, and programs to meet organizational needs.
- Design training materials, modules, and resources, including assessment tools and evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of programs with business objectives, employee development needs, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct orientations, workshops, and learning sessions across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to deliver impactful programs.
- Facilitate skill-building, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update training databases, records, and reports.
- Manage annual learning plans, budgets, and training schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
- Prepare and review training-related documents such as agreements, notices, and evaluation forms.
- Ensure learning programs comply with relevant legal and industry requirements.
- Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices to enhance learning delivery.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Human Capital Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of L&D strategies, career development, and succession planning frameworks.
- Skilled in training design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management and business process analysis is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
