- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development.
- Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and learning platforms.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Working in a BPO industry is an advantage.
- Assess learning and development needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials (e.g., onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance).
- Coordinate and facilitate in-house and virtual training sessions.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with external training vendors and manage learning platforms or LMS.
- Support career development initiatives and individual learning plans.
- Drive learning culture by promoting continuous learning and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Maintain records of training programs, attendance, and certifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate modern learning practices (e.g., microlearning, e-learning).
- Oversee the onboarding process and administration, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires have access to tools, resources, and training for success.
