
Business Development Executive (Solar-as-a-Service)

- Customer lifecycle management: Educate business owners about the impact solar can have on their energy future, including cost savings, protection against energy cost inflation, and enhanced energy security
- Lead generation: Originate and manage leads for solar financing through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and inbound channels
- Project co-ordination: Assess the suitability of prospects for solar and financing, based on site, financial, and technical parameters. Work closely with installer partners to coordinate deals and ensure prompt & smooth project execution
- Marketing materials: Develop clear, persuasive materials for our website, online channels, and sales proposals
- Sales performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven ability to close deals
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related fields
- Passionate and technically versed in the Philippines' clean energy sector
- Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative, who also works well with internal teams and external partners
- Clear, engaging communicator who builds trust and explains complex ideas with ease
- Highly organized, adept at managing personal workflow, email, and CRM systems
