- Develop and manage brand presence across online platforms such as (not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to amplify visibility and engagement.
- Design and refine marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and pitch presentations to support initiatives.
- Identify, pursue and convert high-potential leads. Cultivate strategic partnerships and generate revenue opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and operations.
- Ensure all client communication reflects the compnay's tone, storytelling style, and commitment to authenticity that delivers clear, compelling value.
- Attend client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support conversion efforts and drive overall sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist the Head of Business Development with miscellaneous tasks, including research, coordination, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills - confident, engaging, and naturally persuasive.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva for presentations and reports
- Market awareness of the fragrances and food industry.
