Title: Facilities Management Officer (Pasig) Join our team as a Facilities Management Team Leader and take charge of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support services of JFC's facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with facility standards, leading cross-functional teams, managing service vendors, and supporting workplace programs and infrastructure projects. Job Description Facilities & Operations Management Lead the implementation of maintenance and operations plans aligned with building and professional standards Conduct regular site inspections; oversee repairs, restorations, and upkeep Monitor SLAs and team performance Support Services Oversight Supervise daily operations of office support services (e.g., housekeeping, security, shuttle, cafeteria, staff house, etc.) Evaluate and improve support services delivery Promote continuous improvement through shared services and quality systems Vendor & SLA Management Enforce service level agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and vendors Track vendor compliance and performance Customer & Stakeholder Relations Address service issues and customer feedback Facilitate resolutions and lead monthly vendor performance reviews Financial Management Monitor and report budget usage Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Project & Program Management Lead space planning and facilities projects Coordinate with internal teams on rollouts, safety audits, and compliance programs Oversee emergency response planning and serve as site incident lead Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME or BSEE) Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or property management Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in SLA/vendor management, budgeting, and project implementation Willing to travel and work onsite in Pasig Jollibee Worldwide Pte.
