They are dedicated to helping their clients navigate complex regulations with user-friendly technology and exceptional professional services.Position OverviewWe are seeking a technically competent and detail-oriented Technical Implementation Support specialist to join our client's team. Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you will be the backbone of the professional services team, responsible for a variety of repeatable configuration tasks that are essential for onboarding new clients.This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who is proficient with Excel and enjoys structured, task-based work. While this is primarily a technical support role, there is potential for light client-facing interaction in the future for a candidate with strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate technical information from various documents into precise product configurations.Utilize the platform's drag-and-drop functionality to build and configure forms based on client requirements.Perform accurate data entry and manage information within Excel and other internal systems.Support the implementation team by ensuring all configuration tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.Required QualificationsTechnical Aptitude: A moderate level of technical acuity with the ability to learn new software quickly.Excel Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.Form-Building Experience: Familiarity with form-building tools or similar configuration software.Communication & Soft Skills: Clear communication skills, with a high degree of patience and empathy, especially when working with clients who may be less tech-savvy.Time Zone: Ability to work full-time hours anchored in the U.S. Central Time Zone (CST).Preferred QualificationsSpanish language proficiency is a strong plus.Experience in a client-facing or customer support role.
