- Support with calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and basic coordination
- Organize files, documents, and internal trackers across tools like Google Drive or Notion
- Assist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light research
- Help draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages
- Format and publish content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs)
- Create simple graphics or visual materials using tools like Canva or Figma
- Monitor social media inboxes or comment sections (optional depending on team structure)
- Update internal trackers and checklists to keep projects on time
- Support recurring tasks like newsletter formatting, light reporting, or organizing feedback
- Help set up or streamline systems to improve day-to-day efficiency
- 2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
- Self-starter who’s comfortable asking questions and staying on top of deadlines
- Able to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
- Experience with basic graphic design, research, or customer support
- Interested in long-term growth and learning more about content, marketing, or ops
- ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your experience as a VA
- Video Introduction - Record a brief video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
- Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable)
- Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team
