🧩 What You’ll Be Doing🗂️ General Admin & Coordination
  • Support with calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and basic coordination
  • Organize files, documents, and internal trackers across tools like Google Drive or Notion
  • Assist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light research
  • Help draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages
📝 Content & Communication Support
  • Format and publish content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs)
  • Create simple graphics or visual materials using tools like Canva or Figma
  • Monitor social media inboxes or comment sections (optional depending on team structure)
✅ Operations & Task Support
  • Update internal trackers and checklists to keep projects on time
  • Support recurring tasks like newsletter formatting, light reporting, or organizing feedback
  • Help set up or streamline systems to improve day-to-day efficiency
✅ Who You Are
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
  • Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable asking questions and staying on top of deadlines
  • Able to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)
🏅 Bonus
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
  • Experience with basic graphic design, research, or customer support
  • Interested in long-term growth and learning more about content, marketing, or ops
