- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 remote technical support for client desktops, servers, and networks.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets via helpdesk, phone, and remote access tools.
- Monitor client environments through RMM tools to proactively identify and address issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
- Manage remote patching, updates, and security hardening across client systems.
- Support backup and disaster recovery solutions remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues (VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
- Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, solutions, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on remote IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and cloud deployments.
- Provide clear communication to clients, ensuring excellent customer experience during issue resolution.
- 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
- Experience using PSA (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) and RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Datto, SolarWinds).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and remote backup technologies (Veeam, Datto).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across remote hardware, software, and network support.
- Excellent remote communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
- Motivated to learn new technologies and grow within a fast-paced MSP environment.
- Preferred Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA, Azure Fundamentals, CCNA) preferred.
