- You report directly to the AOR Director
- You are expected to manage your direct reports (Client Service Managers / Executives) as well as any specialist services that are being deployed in your business unit.
- Quality control of the output of your group in the creation of plans that reflect the insights and the ideas shaped from them.
- The day-to-day project management of media solutions
- Ensuring effective and efficient implementation (planning and buying) through the relevant internal or external specialists
- Effective management of all specialist divisions on your business
- Business poise and earns confidence of external and internal stakeholders.
- Be diplomatic as a way of getting things done
- Strong Breadth of knowledge across all channels
- Be confident to present at large meetings/conferences in an articulate and clear manner
- Have ability to understand and account for multiple stakeholders and their issues
- Deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with accounts of this scale
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of industry experience of online and offline media planning & buying
- Strong understanding of media fundamentals, strategic planning capabilities and digital
- Strong client facing communication & presentation skills
