Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Manage and maintain existing Google Sheets and Excel reports
Build and update dashboards and reports
Handle data extracts from Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
Create and manage complex formulas and data models

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2–3 years of experience in data/reporting roles
Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas)
Experience managing existing spreadsheets and large datasets
Familiar with data exports from Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Open to full onsite work arrangement
Available for project-based engagement
