We are looking for an Academic Linkages Officer to join our People Partnering team in Manila. This project-based role is pivotal in establishing and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions across the country. Employer Branding: Participate in campus career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry-academe forums to attract top talent. Early Career Programs: Develop and execute internship and apprenticeship programs in coordination with internal teams and university partners. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations to create collaborative opportunities. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role You are an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, communications, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in university relations, talent acquisition, employer branding, or related roles. Experience in organizing campus events, internships, and career development initiatives. Proficiency in using digital communication and engagement tools for university relations. Willingness to travel frequently for onsite campus events.
