About the Role Our client is looking for a results-driven Head of Academic Partnerships & University Engagement to lead relationships with partner universities and higher education institutions. This role blends strategic academic leadership with business partnership management, ensuring that our partner schools receive exceptional support, co-create impactful academic programs, and achieve shared growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of higher education, experience working with university leadership, and a track record of driving partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities University Partnership Development & Management Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with university leaders, deans, and academic committees. Serve as the primary liaison between partner institutions and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Negotiate partnership terms, manage agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments. Identify opportunities for new university partnerships and expand the network across the Philippines and the region. Strategic Program & Curriculum Collaboration Work with university partners to co-develop, review, and enhance academic programs that meet market needs. Align course offerings and delivery methods with partner goals, accreditation requirements, and student success outcomes. Introduce innovative EdTech solutions to improve teaching, learning, and operational efficiency. Key Account Management & Relationship Growth Act as the account owner for assigned university partners, driving engagement and satisfaction. Develop annual account plans with growth targets, joint initiatives, and measurable success metrics. Resolve academic, operational, or administrative issues for partner institutions in a timely and professional manner. Faculty & Student Engagement Facilitate faculty training, professional development, and knowledge exchange programs in collaboration with partners. Support student recruitment efforts, admission policy discussions, and academic process improvements. Oversee grievance handling and ensure adherence to institutional guidelines and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate in Education, Business, or a related field preferred. 8-12 years of experience in higher education partnerships, key account management, or academic leadership roles. Strong understanding of the Philippine higher education landscape and accreditation processes. Proven ability to negotiate, manage, and grow strategic partnerships. Show more Show less
