Who are we looking for We're looking for a BD & Proposal Coordinator to work closely with Proposal Advisors and Managers to support the production of winning proposals and tenders. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting proposals, tenders, and EOI submissions by providing project management and input into our response from the pre-bid phase through to the final production including supporting the creation of client presentations. In this diverse role you will: Coordinate the bid process from pre-bid phase through to final production of EOIs, proposals, panel submissions, and tender presentations to clients Assist with assigned projects of writing and editing corporate documents such as proposals, reports and communications Preparing and maintaining supporting material for proposals such as CVs and GHD corporate information Provide graphics support, or brief graphics team to support content for proposals Develop case studies and other content for inclusion for proposals Assist with client research and other BD-related tasks to assist in enhancing GHD's proposals Contribute to special projects and support knowledge management and AI initiatives Provide 'buddy' and mentoring support to colleagues in Direct Workshare roles To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or an equivalent discipline and/or least 2 years of experience in responding to bids Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple projects to tight deadlines Strong communication and writing skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and preferably design packages such as Adobe InDesign Showing strong judgment and decisiveness, with a bias for action Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid This role can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
