- 2+ years experience in social media marketing and lead generation
- Proven success with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Business tools
- Strong written communication and messaging skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make improvements
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills
