
Sales Development Representative

- Research, identify, and source potential B2B prospects within our target markets using CRM, LinkedIn, directories, and other tools.
- Maintain and manage accurate lead records and activity logs.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and chat platforms.
- Personalize messaging and adapt communication based on industry, role, and prospect pain points.
- Qualify leads through probing questions to assess their fit based on predefined criteria.
- Secure discovery or sales meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales Manager or Account Executive.
- Confirm calendar bookings and ensure all relevant information is passed on to the sales team for successful handoff.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends.
- Track and report outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health in CRM systems.
- Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies, scripts, and qualification frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident phone presence and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and engagement tools.
- Strong research skills to identify ideal prospects and personalize outreach.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams across time zones.
