You’ll work across internal teams and clients, managing workflows inside Asana and keeping everything running smoothly.This is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys systems, and takes ownership of execution—not strategy .How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Own and manage all workflows within Asana , ensuring tasks are accurate, visible, and completed on time
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on pending or overdue tasks
  • Maintain clean, structured, and easy-to-track project boards across all workstreams
  • Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and clients
  • Communicate updates, follow-ups, and task requirements clearly and consistently
  • Manage a shared inbox and convert incoming requests into structured Asana tasks
  • Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and followed through
  • Upload blog content to WordPress (execution only, no content creation required)
  • Schedule and publish social media content
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and task visibility
  • Support minor automation updates and process improvements
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:(Non-negotiable requirements)
  • Have strong, hands-on experience using Asana (this is critical)
  • Have experience managing or maintaining project workflows and task systems
  • Have excellent organization and task management skills
  • Are highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
  • Are confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Are proactive and comfortable chasing tasks, following up, and keeping teams accountable
  • Have strong communication skills and can coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Are comfortable working in a role that is execution-focused and operational (not strategic)
What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
  • Experience using WordPress (content uploads)
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Background in a marketing, digital agency, or service-based business
  • Experience improving workflows or implementing light automations in Asana
  • Comfort working in a role that includes repetitive or process-driven tasks
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday
  • Remote role aligned with Australian business hours
  • Open to Philippine-based applicants only
