Responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable process, performing general accounting tasks, and ensuring proper organization and maintenance of financial records and files.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Send customer Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile and resolve customer disputes, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments.
- Prepare and record receipts, reconcile AR sub-ledgers, and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger.
- Record, monitor, and maintain files of withholding tax certificates.
- Assist in processing government payables, including statutory contributions and tax-related payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, files, and records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
