
Sales Development Representative

- Make pure outbound calls to targeted prospects from a provided lead list
- Use provided templates and training materials to introduce RepFlow’s value proposition
- Qualify prospects against our Good Fit Customer Profile (training provided)
- Book qualified discovery/demo calls into the founder’s calendar
- Record activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
- Follow up on no-shows and rebook where possible
- High-volume, local service business (50+ customers/month)
- Uses a CRM, booking, invoicing, or payment system we can integrate with
- Has a verified Google Business Profile
- Decision maker is the business owner or marketing manager with budget authority
- 2 qualified meetings booked per day
- 40 qualified meetings booked per month (must meet Good Fit criteria)
- 40–50 outbound calls per day
- 40–50 emails/SMS per day (as part of the follow-up process)
- Minimum 2 years of pure outbound sales experience
- Demonstrated results with measurable KPIs:
- Calls per day
- Meetings booked
- Target ICP / type of product sold
- Quota achievement
- Show rate and close rate (if available)
- Strong track record in cold calling and prospecting
- Experience with SMB-focused sales in Western markets
- Familiarity with sales tools: CRM (HubSpot preferred), VoIP phone systems, productivity apps
- Young, hungry, and ambitious
- Energetic, resilient, and confident on the phone
- Coachable and eager to learn new skills
- Street smart with a results-driven mindset
- Excited by cold outbound sales and making things happen

- Independent contractor role
- Monthly retainer (paid via Currenxie in PH or AUD)
- Month-to-month contract with potential for long-term engagement
- Performance bonuses available for exceeding KPIs and number of deals that turn into close/won
