ROLE OVERVIEW Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational understanding and execute programs/ interventions in key areas such as culture building, change management, employee engagement, and succession planning. Create and execute communication roadmap for cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of messaging across relevant channels. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and workforce to roll out key programs that support organizational goals, build culture and strengthen workforce capability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience Experience in designing and implementing organizational development interventions vis--vis key business & talent strategies Prior experience in change management a distinct advantage Experience in creating and executing strategic communication roadmap, delivering clear and impactful messaging, and selecting effective communication channels Skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to successfully implement talent and organizational strategies.
