- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational understanding and execute programs/ interventions in key areas such as culture building, change management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Create and execute communication roadmap for cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of messaging across relevant channels.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and workforce to roll out key programs that support organizational goals, build culture and strengthen workforce capability.
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational development interventions vis-à-vis key business & talent strategies; Prior experience in change management a distinct advantage
- Experience in creating and executing strategic communication roadmap, delivering clear and impactful messaging, and selecting effective communication channels
- Skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to successfully implement talent and organizational strategies.
