Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time telesales executive to act as a first point of contact with prospective clients. This role is not a virtual assistant position - it requires strong sales acumen to initiate conversations, create interest, and connect prospects with our BDMs. The caller will work from our internal database to open doors, uncover opportunities, and arrange meetings for our BDMs to follow up and build relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to brokers, borrowers, developers, and introducers. Hold engaging, consultative conversations to identify prospects' needs. Maintain accurate call and meeting records Qualify leads and schedule meetings directly with BDMs. Meet agreed activity and meeting-booking targets. Provide weekly reports on activities and results. Key Requirements: Proven experience of 2-4 years in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably in B2B or financial services. Hands-on experience with using software like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Monday.com, Asana, and the like. MS Excel experience is highly important. Personable, confident, and able to build rapport quickly. Comfortable discussing commercial lending concepts. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, takes initiative, works independently, and provides feedback and updates weekly.
