Duties And Responsibilities Assembles cooked or prepared food for regular or modified diet trays, deliver trays to serving areas or to patients' rooms and collect and return all used trays to clean up area after every mealtime. Prepare and serve between-meal nourishment for patients. Tend or loads dishwashing machines that clean food-services items or may Hand wash items that are not machine washable. Delivers clean dishes and utensils to proper kitchen units Ensures the cleanliness of all the dishes and utensils at all times. Performs the cleaning job on work station, kitchen, tables and cabinets. Performs related task as required.
