What You'll Do: Design eye-catching internal communication materials: presentations, posters, social media content, and more. Create visuals for employee programs, training, and events that reflect our values and culture. Collaborate with HR and other teams to bring key initiatives to life through design. Make sure our brand is consistent and impactful across all internal channels-Facebook, LinkedIn, printed materials. Share your creative ideas, contribute to campaigns, and help us tell our story visually. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field. 1+ years of graphic design experience-bonus if you've done internal branding or corporate communications . Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion graphics/video editing is a plus. Strong attention to detail, typography, color, and layout .
