Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Imus. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home buying process. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, providing detailed information about homes, negotiating sale prices, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.
