This role will act as both a strategic advisor and operational expert—ensuring labor compliance, managing employee concerns, and driving initiatives that foster engagement and a high-performance culture.You’ll take the lead on managing disciplinary cases, labor-related risks, and employee feedback, while also playing a central role in shaping policies, training leaders, and advising on organizational changeYour Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Case ManagementLead investigations into workplace issues, including misconduct and grievancesProvide coaching to managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plansMaintain accurate and confidential ER case records in compliance with company and legal standardsMonitor performance management documentation and ensure fair application of company policiesLabor Compliance & Policy GovernanceEnsure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other legal frameworksMaintain and update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and company policiesSupport labor audits, inspections, and internal governance reviewsStrategic HR PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to department leaders on HR-related risks and workforce concernsCollaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and support change initiativesAnalyze trends and recommend solutions that promote employee engagement and reduce riskCulture and EngagementSupport programs that foster a positive and values-driven workplace cultureConduct engagement assessments and propose strategies for cultural alignmentManage ethics-related concerns and align resolutions with company policiesTraining and Capability BuildingConduct training sessions on labor law, employee relations best practices, and compliance topicsDevelop tools and guides for managers on documentation, coaching, and employee conductPartner with HR to build awareness of proper protocols in handling sensitive situationsWhat our Client is Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on employee relations
  • Solid experience in a manufacturing/semiconductor/electronics
  • Deep knowledge of labor law, case management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and case management/reporting tools
  • High integrity, discretion, and the ability to remain impartial in complex situations
