JOB OVERVIEWThe Marketing Technology Leader role combines technical expertise with creative digital marketing to support broader business strategies. You will drive digital transformation by aligning marketing technology with strategic goals, enhancing online presence, and streamlining marketing efforts. Leading a diverse, innovative team, you'll implement cutting-edge projects to contribute to business growth. This role involves defining strategy, aligning technology initiatives with objectives, and applying digital strategies across various disciplines. You'll translate marketing visions into actionable technology solutions, driving measurable success and meaningful impact for the organization.This is a very high-level leadership role in marketing web technology. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience as a Manager, Director, or Executive, with proven success in leading large teams. While coding knowledge is not required, you must have a deep understanding of marketing, systems, and operations to strategically guide teams and deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
-Oversee a team of SEO specialists, web developers, and content strategists to achieve project objectives
-Conduct technical audits and implement strategies to optimize site performance, including page speed, mobile optimization, and structured data
-Develop and manage SEO strategies, ensuring on-page and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility
-Collaborate with the web development team to ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and search engine friendliness
-Oversee paid search campaigns, optimizing ad spend and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies
-Develop and execute social media strategies that align with SEO efforts and broader marketing goals
-Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are integrated with lead generation efforts and aligned with content strategies
-Drive lead generation initiatives by developing strategies that convert traffic into qualified leads, leveraging various digital channels
-Ensure that content management processes align with SEO best practices and are integrated into the overall digital strategy
-Serve as the primary liaison between the content department, web development department, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
-Utilize project management tools and SEO platforms to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes and digital strategies continuouslyQualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work-related experience)
-5-10 years of experience in a high-level leadership role (Manager, Director, or Executive), managing large, cross-functional teams
-Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, with a focus on technical SEO and web development
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, Asana)
-Expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, on-page optimization, and structured data
-Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS)
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to project execution
-Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and align marketing, systems, and operationsBasic Requirements:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8:30 AM Manila Time
