-Oversee a team of SEO specialists, web developers, and content strategists to achieve project objectives
-Conduct technical audits and implement strategies to optimize site performance, including page speed, mobile optimization, and structured data
-Develop and manage SEO strategies, ensuring on-page and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility
-Collaborate with the web development team to ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and search engine friendliness
-Oversee paid search campaigns, optimizing ad spend and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies
-Develop and execute social media strategies that align with SEO efforts and broader marketing goals
-Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are integrated with lead generation efforts and aligned with content strategies
-Drive lead generation initiatives by developing strategies that convert traffic into qualified leads, leveraging various digital channels
-Ensure that content management processes align with SEO best practices and are integrated into the overall digital strategy
-Serve as the primary liaison between the content department, web development department, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
-Utilize project management tools and SEO platforms to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes and digital strategies continuouslyQualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work-related experience)
-5-10 years of experience in a high-level leadership role (Manager, Director, or Executive), managing large, cross-functional teams
-Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, with a focus on technical SEO and web development
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, Asana)
-Expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, on-page optimization, and structured data
-Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS)
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to project execution
-Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and align marketing, systems, and operationsBasic Requirements:
