
Customer Service Representative (Back-Office Healthcare Account)

- Review providers notes
- Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS.
- Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
- Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status.
- A minimum of 6 months BPO experience
- Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
- Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
