Learn more: Reporting to: NCC Operations Team Manager Duty Post: GBS Manila - Mckinley West, Taguig City Application Duration: 02-Sep-25 to 16-Sep-25 Network and Communications Center Operations Manager This is a hands-on, senior-level technical role focused on maintaining the health and performance of JTI's global network and communications infrastructure - including WAN, LAN, remote access, unified communications, and video conferencing. As a NCC Operations Manager, you will: Monitor and manage the performance of global network services, ensuring maximum uptime and stability. Lead incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., Orange, Cisco, Fortinet) to resolve issues and ensure SLA compliance. Communicate effectively with internal partners and act as the partner concern pointfor critical service issues. Handle vendor management challenges with critical communication and grit, especially with managed service providers. Forecast capacity needs and supervise usage trends to support infrastructure planning. Work night shifts with flexible hours between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM Manila time , Monday to Friday. Who are we looking for Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in network operations or telecom infrastructure , ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment. Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal), with good communication skills for global coordination and vendor management. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with FortiGate , Cisco IOS , F5 Big IP , and Ivanti Pulse Secure Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE4+, PMP) are a plus , but not required Functional & Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience in incident and change management Strong vendor management and partner coordination skills Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities under pressure Analytical mentality with a focus on service reliability and operational excellence Must be night-shift ready , with flexibility between 7 PM and 6 AM, Monday to Friday.
