
Network and Communications Center Operations Manager

- Monitor and manage the performance of global network services, ensuring maximum uptime and stability.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., Orange, Cisco, Fortinet) to resolve issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Validate operational readiness of new services and changes before deployment (read-only access only).
- Communicate effectively with internal partners and act as the partner concern point for critical service issues.
- Handle vendor management challenges with critical communication and grit, especially with managed service providers.
- Forecast capacity needs and supervise usage trends to support infrastructure planning.
- Work night shifts with flexible hours between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in network operations or telecom infrastructure, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.Language Skills:
Proficient in English (both written and verbal), with good communication skills for global coordination and vendor management.Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Cisco IOS, F5 Big IP, and Ivanti Pulse Secure
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE4+, PMP) are a plus, but not required
- No implementation work - candidates must be comfortable with read-only access
- Demonstrable experience in incident and change management
- Strong vendor management and partner coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities under pressure
- Analytical mentality with a focus on service reliability and operational excellence
- Must be night-shift ready, with flexibility between 7 PM and 6 AM, Monday to Friday.
