About Our Client Our client is an online advertising and technology company that empowers advertisers to achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels. They connect brands with target audiences through exclusive partnerships with leading media platforms, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join in their growing team in Manila, Philippines. Requirements Job Requirements: Achieve sales targets through effective key account management. Utilize insights and campaign reports to provide clients with optimizations and recommendations, ensuring the success of their campaigns. Develop and monitor short- and long-term sales revenue plans, managing progress through account oversight, optimizations, and upselling opportunities. Represent TikTok with integrity and expertise, serving as an advisor to clients and their media agencies. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and media agencies both in-person and virtually. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as measurement and creative strategy, to meet client needs and objectives. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years' experience in digital, social or media agency. Understanding of ad platforms such as or similar. Experience working closely with brands and agencies. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues. Strong analytical/insights abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
