Responsibilities: - Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets. - Identify and secure new distributors while upselling to existing customers. - Monitor and report on competitors' activities. - Develop in-depth market knowledge and track competitor actions in the trade channel, providing feedback to management. - Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. - Foster strong relationships with key accounts. - Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and efficient product and service delivery. - Prepare regular reports and participate in performance review meetings. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop responsive strategies. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a Modern Trade, Key Account, or Branch Manager role within the FMCG industry (preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, Beauty or Convenience Store). - Proficiency in both written and spoken English. - Ability to develop effective channel sales strategies. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated. - Skilled in tracking and reporting competitor activities, developing market intelligence, and providing proactive feedback to management on trade channel matters. - Capable of working under pressure to meet monthly sales targets. - Can do field work. - Can to join the team immediately. - Ability to start immediately and adhere to a Work-from-Office (WFO) policy in BGC, Taguig.
