Role Purpose:Oversee Cash Management solutions by defining and implementing a product roadmap aligned with market trends, client needs, and business objectives. Monitor the performance of the banks cash management products and take ownership of overall deposit growth and fee income.Build partnerships with third-party vendors to expand the banks cash management offerings and business scope.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive the growth of the banks deposit and fee income through cash management products and servicesManage the complete product lifecycle: design, launch, monitoring, and ongoing enhancementsProvide direction on product features/requirements, sales and marketing plans, and pricing to Relationship Managers and Sales ManagersEnsure pricing models remain competitive and sustainableAct as subject-matter expert during client pitches and implementations; collect client feedback to support product innovationCollaborate with BOCHK Transaction Banking on product rollouts, due diligence, and business strategiesWork with relevant teams to conduct Risk Due Diligence (RDD) and post-launch reviews for both new and existing productsEnsure all products adhere to regulatory, legal, and risk management requirementsCoordinate with Operations and IT teams to optimize product deliveryMonitor operational efficiency and service quality levelsConduct market research, analysis, and competitor benchmarkingProvide internal and external training sessions and regular product updatesTrack product performance against revenue, cost, and profitability goalsMeet the KPIs and strategic objectives defined by the department and the bankQualifications:
At least 4 years related work experience, specifically in the field of Transaction Banking or Cash Management business, strong understanding of payments collection, liquidity services, digital banking platforms or alliance bank partnership business
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
