- Define and govern the joint partner marketing strategy, annual/quarterly plans, and scalable execution model across assigned priority partners and solution areas.
- Own end-to-end planning, orchestration, and optimization of partner campaigns (digital, field, lifecycle), ensuring clear objectives, audiences, messaging, and performance targets.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for client and partner leadership; align priorities, negotiate tradeoffs, and drive accountability to shared outcomes.
- Establish pipeline goals and influence across the funnel; partner with Sales/Alliances to improve conversion, velocity, and partner-sourced/partner-influenced performance.
- Set the content strategy for co-marketing (solution narratives, case studies, customer proof points, sales plays, executive-ready messaging) and ensure quality and consistency across channels.
- Lead the partner event/webinar/trade show strategy (themes, targeting, experiences, follow-up motions), coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies as needed.
- Drive development and adoption of partner sales enablement programs (playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, training) that translate marketing into field execution.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and attribution approach; deliver executive reporting and actionable insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Oversee partner marketing budgets, forecasting, and investment allocation; manage vendors/agencies and ensure efficient delivery against targets.
- Lead market/competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, priority segments, and partnership expansion plays; translate insights into recommendations.
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of experience in B2B technology partner marketing, with significant depth in creating co-marketing strategies with ISVs, resellers, GSIs, Hyperscalers, etc. Experience at enterprise technology companies is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes (e.g., pipeline, bookings influence, partner-sourced demand) through integrated partner marketing programs.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms and generative AI solution marketing; ability to translate technical value into buyer-relevant messaging.
- Executive presence and proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Alliances, and partner organizations.
- Proven strength in strategic planning, program governance, and operating rhythm (planning cadences, performance reviews, accountability mechanisms).
- Advanced analytical capability: KPI design, funnel diagnostics, and ROI optimization; comfortable with marketing ops/attribution concepts.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to create executive-ready narratives and partner-facing collateral.
- Experience managing budgets and leading agencies/extended teams in a matrixed environment.
