- Own the progression of leads through marketing funnel and conversion to qualified sales opportunities and revenue pipeline by monitoring leads generated through touched and untouched marketing tactics, e.g., events, website forms, search ads, direct emails, social media, out-of-home ads etc.
- Support pan-region top- and bottom-of-funnel lead management activities and maintain expertise on opportunity areas across segments, customer types, and markets of focus to create and nurture demand
- Assess potential of marketing tactics/activities to determine next best actions and lead-nurturing activities that will increase the likelihood of lead progression through the marketing funnel and conversion
- Advocate for the program's strategic priorities, focus areas and demand generation efforts with Sales counterparts to maintain alignment, drive conversion, and maximize ROI of efforts across both Marketing and Sales
- Drive targeted outbound lead management through direct email, text, calls, and social media outreach by enabling Sales counterparts with required content and next best action recommendations to maximize sale per marketing generated lead
- Accountable and responsible for supporting regional demand generation efforts while operating across a regional matrix to,
- Maximize ROI across marketing tactics, event and campaigns
- Ensure demand and lead generation activities are aligned to global marketing campaign strategies
- Align demand generation efforts with sales goals, attribute marketing to leads, and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion
- Analyze and report on the performance of regional demand generation efforts across priority segments making data-driven improvements to optimize metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue; leverage analyses to build and target touchpoints across account or customer lifecycles
- Optimize demand and lead outcomes through the identification of in motion engagement opportunities or demand generation plan shifts and innovations
- Responsible for maintaining the demand, nurture, and lead data flow to sales, troubleshooting and automating solutions in dependent systems, teams, and processes to ensure timely demand and lead management

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, lead management, marketing automation, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing lead nurturing programs and driving revenue growth
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, search engines, and social media
- Strong understanding of marketing demand generation, including growth drivers, business analytics, demographics, and market research
- Familiarity with demand and lead generation systems to manage customer engagement, track leads, and measure conversions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
- Familiarity with or experience in account-based marketing strategies
- Strong content marketing skills, including the ability to create and optimize content for lead generation
- Ability to engage directly with customers and industry experts to represent most pressing priorities of customers through thought-leadership content
- Ability to partner closely with sub-regional and local marketing teams and execute regionally and/or distribute to sub-region and local teams
