Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Prepares monthly status of Allotment, Sub-allotment and Utilization of fund allocation 2. Maintains/controls records and determine sufficiency of funds 3. Prepares request of allotment with proper account as to express of classification of P/A/P 4. Encodes OR and SAA of different projects 5. Coordinates with Offices, Bureaus and Units relative to budgeting manners 6. Assists in the preparation of the annual work and financial plan and 7. Reconciliation of Field Office's FARS input to URS versus consolidated reports of Central Office. JOB OUTPUTS 1. Monthly Consolidated Reports for Funds 2. Encoded and checked Field Offices Report in Unified Reporting System (URS) 3. Coordinate with Field Offices Report discrepancies 4. Photocopied Documents 5.
