Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Reviews the completeness of the documents submitted by Air Transport Reservation Officer (ATRO) for the processing of payment of Air Transport Service 2. Reconciles all air transport services booked/transactions with billing statement/ payments processed 3. Encodes billing statement sent by the air transport service provider 4. Prepares tax certificates 5. Reviews and sends advice of payment and details to air transport service provider through email 6. Prepares summary of payments for submission to air transport service provider for reconciliation 7. Attends/facilitates to requests for air transport service from different offices of Administrative Service 8. Disbursement vouchers on Air Transport Service availed 9. Provides technical assistance to Air Transport Reservations Officers 10. Files documents regarding Air Transport Services and 11. Performs other tasks and designations as may be assigned.
