Job Description The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist operates as a supporting member of the wider Solve team. They are tasked with proactive and reactive identification and validation of candidate profiles to supply the onsite TA's across multiple accounts. They are jointly tasked with the development of talent & market intelligence reports, as required. Sourcing & Validation Responsible for delivery of validated candidates' profiles on a broad array of technology orientated roles within the Asia Pacific region Creative sourcing of candidates to fill positions: Utilising database searching both inhouse and public, online search techniques including X-Ray Search on various relevant sites from LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, Dribbble etc, identifying new channels from meetups lists, events subscriptions all through to referrals and beyond. Where necessary, engage in early screening calls with candidates to assess validity and potential fit for open requisitions Take ownership of resurfacing candidates in Bullhorn From time to time, write and publish captivating job advertisements Writing, producing and submitting honest & clear candidate briefs to TA's Candidate nurturing within relevant communities to build long term pipeline Utilise AI to maximise value and output Attending client and/or TA Partner briefings to ensure clarity and continuity of search Data & Reporting 24-48-hour status updates for the TA Partners / onsite team Creating market reports on Talent flow and availability to add additional value in support of candidate's profiles Creating market maps specific to key clients to assist in the rapid identification of relevant talent pools Ensure all data relating to candidate interaction with the business is recorded accurately Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above preferred but not required Additional Information What's in it for you 'Talent Time Out' - 6 additional days per year for resting and recharging Award-winning workplace culture!
