Cloud and NOC Support Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services to our clients. This role combines expertise in Zscaler ZPA/ZIA solutions , Microsoft Security Services , and the broader Microsoft 365 suite , alongside core infrastructure engineering and NOC support skills. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable solutions that meet business objectives, while also providing 2nd-line escalation support for our managed services. You will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure and work closely with project management, the Infrastructure Team, and clients. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery - Cybersecurity, Microsoft, and Cloud Lead the end-to-end delivery of Zscaler ZPA and ZIA implementations, including design, configuration, testing and handover. Deliver Microsoft Security Services such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Sentinel and Purview. Provide project delivery for Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, including: o Microsoft Server o Microsoft Azure o Microsoft 365 o Microsoft Intune o Microsoft Entra ID Support the delivery of cloud infrastructure and security operations projects for Managed Service customers. Participate in Microsoft opportunity pre-sales activities and create Statements of Work as needed. NOC Support & Escalations Provide Level 2 infrastructure support for NOC escalations across multiple technology platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud, security and on-premises environments. Support service transition and onboarding for new managed services customers. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with internal teams and customers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Provide technical leadership and guidance during project execution, ensuring best practices, compliance and security standards are met. Document project plans, configurations, and operational procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital workplace solutions. Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend innovative solutions for customers. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills & Certifications Strong experience delivering Zscaler solutions (ZPA, ZIA). o Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA). o Zscaler Certified Delivery Partner (ZCDP) or equivalent preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security platforms: o Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Sentinel, Purview. o Microsoft Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as: o Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals. o Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate. o Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate. Professional Skills Proven track record of project delivery in both cybersecurity and infrastructure environments. Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to understand and meet client needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive, proactive "can-do" approach to engineering challenges.
