- Manage and maintain Jira dashboards and Confluence spaces.
- Oversee the Support queue by triaging tickets and assigning resources.
- Monitor and reinforce team adoption of processes including proper use of statuses, workflows, and updates.
- Partner with QA to support ticket flow and escalation while maintaining task clarity.
- Create and manage project entries in our CRM within 24 hours of receipt.
- Ensure alignment between Jira and CRM project records.
- Flag projects ready for final Carrier approval and coordinate communications.
- Support administrative test site setup for Carriers (credential creation, user access).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation including SOPs, FAQs, onboarding guides, and contracts.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports.
- Assist in compiling metrics for leadership reviews (as needed).
- Produce monthly revenue reports to support billing operations.
- Manage communications for standard carrier updates (outages, approvals, reminders, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate external messaging.
- Help establish a support communications identity (e.g., TurboRater Support login setup).
- You must have 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or operations.
- You must have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- You should be a strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a strong plus.
