Sales Administration & Operational Support
Provide daily administrative support that helps the sales team operate efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining accurate customer and order records
Processing quotes and sales orders with attention to detail
Assisting with documentation and sales-related reporting
Supporting internal coordination for sales initiatives and projectsCustomer Service & Order Coordination
Help ensure a positive customer experience through responsive communication and efficient order support.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with customer inquiries and follow-up communication
Supporting order processing and tracking
Helping resolve issues related to orders, documentation, or customer requests
Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactionsData Management & Reporting Support
Support sales operations through accurate data management.
Responsibilities include:
Performing data entry and maintaining customer information
Assisting with reporting and documentation for sales activities
Supporting data organization within internal systems
Helping maintain accurate sales records and operational documentationTeam Support & Special Projects
Provide additional operational support as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with special projects or initiatives assigned by the management team
Supporting broader sales operations as business needs evolve
Contributing to a collaborative and organized team environmentQualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math proficiency for order and sales data processing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with ERP systems is required
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication style
Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
