
Sales Admin Officer (Automotive and Vehicle Accessories) - Work from home

- Prepare and send accurate quotes via email by interpreting the Excel-based price list and using CRM templates (Go High Level/Leadflow).
- Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including gradually managing Facebook messages and comments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls once quoting has been mastered and capability is demonstrated.
- Assist with other general administrative duties as required to support business operations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar.
- Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential; training provided).
- Exposure to the automotive industry (advantageous but not required).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role.

- Monday to Friday 5AM to 2PM PHT
