Join a growing automotive services business as a Sales Admin Officer. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotes, supporting administration, and assisting with customer communication. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Over time, with training and support, you’ll expand your responsibilities to include handling inbound and outbound customer service calls—giving you the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes via email by interpreting the Excel-based price list and using CRM templates (Go High Level/Leadflow).
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including gradually managing Facebook messages and comments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls once quoting has been mastered and capability is demonstrated.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as required to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar.
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential; training provided).
  • Exposure to the automotive industry (advantageous but not required).
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role.
