Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager - Growth, AI Transformation & Operational Delivery, located in Taguig. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing growth initiatives, leading AI transformation projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of operational tasks. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals. The role demands exceptional leadership, planning, and execution capabilities to achieve desired business outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll drive AI-enabled growth, lead operational delivery across global accounts, and embed transformation into the fabric of our teams. You'll be onsite, in the trenches, building trust, solving problems, and delivering results that matter. Key Responsibilities ???? Growth & Transformation Lead strategic growth initiatives including account expansion, upsell opportunities, and transformation programs Co-create AI and automation roadmaps with clients and internal stakeholders Translate business goals into executable delivery plans with clear metrics and milestones Drive value creation through digital solutions, process reengineering, and innovation Operational Delivery & Excellence Own day-to-day delivery across CX, support, and back-office functions, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met Implement governance frameworks for performance tracking, escalation management, and continuous improvement Be hands-on with numbers-analyze trends, forecast risks, and drive data-backed decisions Collaborate with WFM, Quality, Training, and Support teams to ensure operational readiness and agility Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action planning with a culture of accountability and ownership ????
