- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Plan and manage social media calendar and content scheduling.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track performance and prepare monthly analytics reports to assess ROI and guide content improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with company goals.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on-site in Del Monte, Quezon City.
- Experience in photography, videography, or video editing.
- Background in eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/retail brands.
- Knowledge in running paid social media ad campaigns.
