- Foster organizational health, individual performance, and development planning for Territory Consumer Leads (TCLs).
- Analyze territory data, conduct competitive assessments, and gather insights to develop synchronized plans for the brand.
- Secure approval and operational mandates for brand campaign activation, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Guide the development of consumer acquisition tools and support TCLs in executing campaign cascades to Field Sales.
- Ensure adherence to campaign standards and trade impact, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
- Evaluate campaign performance against objectives, including volume, competitive response, and ROI.
- Support Brand & HQ Teams in preparing for New Product Launches by validating forecasts and proposals.
- Provide assistance in understanding and developing an efficient Route to Market model.
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and stock management of campaign-related materials.
- Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree
- Work Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing or Marketing
- Must have Field Marketing / Field Sales experience within FMCG
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people management experience
- Strong data analytics and strategic planning experience
