- Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals and ROAS targets.
- Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable.
- Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and UGC formats.
- Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Own and track key marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and data teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and strategy.
- Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in managing or overseeing SEO initiatives as a secondary responsibility, including coordination with agencies or freelance SEO partners.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to $200K+/month in spend.
- Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing-preferably with direct response campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition.
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, content iteration, and scaling UGC campaigns.
- Advertising experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Prior involvement with organic SEO strategies.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced agency environment.
