Job Description:Job Title: Paid Marketing ManagerLocation: RemoteWork Shift: Pacific Standard Time/Overlap requiredWorking Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-timeJob Description:We're seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads and a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands performance metrics and scaling paid spend, but also thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and metrics-obsessed environment.You'll be tasked with building and scaling digital ad campaigns that directly impact our revenue growth. You'll work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, and play a key role in scaling creative output through UGC initiatives. Experience scaling ad spend beyond $200K/month is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals and ROAS targets.
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable.
Creative & Copywriting
  • Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and UGC formats.
  • Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own and track key marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and data teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and strategy.
  • Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Optional (SEO & Broader Growth Strategy)
  • Assist in managing or overseeing SEO initiatives as a secondary responsibility, including coordination with agencies or freelance SEO partners.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to $200K+/month in spend.
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing-preferably with direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, content iteration, and scaling UGC campaigns.
Preferred Experience:
  • Advertising experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Prior involvement with organic SEO strategies.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced agency environment.
