We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is fluent in English and confident managing paid media for multiple clients - ideally someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Role Summary Responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. You'll also speak directly with clients, present reports, and collaborate with our creative and content teams to ensure campaigns convert and scale. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management n Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). n Execute strategies across lead generation, conversion, and remarketing funnels. n Track performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, CTR, and lead quality. Client-Facing Responsibilities Communicate campaign results, strategy recommendations, and insights to clients in fluent English. Join and contribute to client meetings, monthly reviews, and reporting discussions. Take ownership of performance results and drive improvements. Collaboration & Support Work closely with designers, copywriters, and funnel strategists to deliver high-performing campaigns. Support the Performance Marketing Head with insights, testing ideas, and scaling strategies. Mentor junior team members when required. Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management. Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) - client calls included. Experience in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving ability. Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Nice to Have Experience with lead generation funnels and tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking). Background in e-Commerce or service-based campaigns.
