Job Duties and Responsibilities:1. Manages order management from dealers across the countryEnsures that all Purchase Orders must have corresponding Sales Orders in the systemEnsures that all orders will be shipped to dealers on time based on the agreed commercial shipping terms and guidelinesSubmits weekly parts sales report to VP AftersalesSubmits monthly system-generated parts sales to the President2. Manages warehousing operationsEnsures that all parts, especially the new ones, have corresponding bin addresses on the racks and in the systemEnsures that the warehouse is tidy and in order at all timesMonitors warehouse utilization3. Manages parts inventoryEnsures that inventories in the system and actual are matchedMaintains right inventory levelsMonitors inventory turn overWorks with Finance to initiate regular physical count4.Initiates parts replenishmentMakes parts procurement planLiases with local and internatinal suppliers for RFQSeeks approval from top management to release purchase ordersMonitors shipments5.Executes warranty claims to vendor/sEnsures that the staff submits the warranty claims to the vendor within 3 daysResolves any warranty system issues within 1 week6.Initiates special projectsImplements new or improves existing processesDoes cost-savings initiativesReviews on how to utilize or optimize non-moving partsSearches alternate suppliersPowered by JazzHR
