JOB SUMMARY:Oversees the production, distribution, and marketing operations of a branch plant or assigned territory within an industrial organization.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of any Bachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, with at least 5 years background as a Sales Manager.Preferably with sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machinesKnowledgeable in kitchen and laundry equipment as well as air-conditioning systemsWith experience in after-sales service, parts sales, target management, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable managementStrong customer service orientation with excellent negotiation and presentation skillsResults-driven, with strong strategic planning and organizational abilitiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - SalesEngages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned areaDevelops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforceReviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branch's profitabilityMonitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reachOversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting recordsPrepares and recommends the annual budget to managementPerforms other duties as may be assigned from time to time
